WELCOME TRAVIS VOWELL

Travis Vowell, Owner and operator of BLUEPRINT PERSONAL TRAINING and proud partner of Texas Cages has cultivated an impressive resume in the fitness industry over the last 7 years. He holds 3 certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine including Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Having amassed over 6500 hours of personal training, he is among the top fitness professionals in the greater Houston Area. One of the highlights of his career so far is relocating from Houston to New York City in 2008 to help open and manage Derek Jeters NY gyms. After 2 years in Manhattan, Travis is back home and starting his own business. Don't miss out on an opportunity to have your kids work with a real fitness professional!

• Mondays(5:30 pm – 7:00 pm) and Wednesdays (5:30 pm – 7:00 pm) from September 6 thru October 15
• Training by former players (hitting, catching and fielding); no rainouts, indoor facility with eight cages
• Speed, agility, strength and balance training by Bluprints TRAVIS VOWELL

Texas Cages Membership

For indoor baseball and softball batting cages in the Alvin, Pearland, and Friendswood area, you need a membership at Texas Cages. $50 per month covers it all. You can come to the batting cages every day if you like, for up to an hour each day. And Texas Cages always has professional baseball and softball instructors available for those who want to make arrangements for private lessons.
